Route Voicemail To Google

Google Voice offers voicemail access to subscribers.

Your Google voice number allows you to forward your voicemail service to your Google voicemail for free. Forwarding your voicemail to your Google account allows you to disable your mobile carrier voicemail if desired. Google voicemail is a free feature of the Google voice telephone service. You can access the voicemail feature directly from your Google Voice account online and deactivate the feature at any time.

Instructions

1. Navigate to the Google website and click "Login." Log in to your Google account using the username and password associated with your Google Voice phone number.

2. Click "Options" and "Voice settings" from your account landing page to change your voicemail settings. "Options" is the gear icon located to the top right-hand side of your Google account page.

3. Click the "Phones" tab and click "Add Google voicemail to this phone" next to the phone number you would like to use in Google voicemail.

4. Log out of your Google account. Your voicemail settings will be changed.
