Unlock A Telus Nokia 6265

Locking your Nokia 6265i phone is a good way to keep your banking information and passwords safe.

The Nokia 6265i, a slider phone with Internet, email, Bluetooth and GPS capabilities, is available on the Telus network, one of Canada's largest mobile phone service providers. The Nokia 6265i, like most modern mobile phones, can store important banking and personal information, and therefore comes with a locking feature to safeguard such details. If you have accidentally locked your phone and cannot get it unlocked again, fear not; simply learn where the settings are and enter the security code.

Instructions

1. Turn on your Telus Nokia 6265i. Go to "Menu." From there, look for and select "Settings."

2. Scroll down the drop-down options under "Settings" until you find "Security." Select this option.

3. Enter the security code, which is four digits by default. If you haven't set it, it is the last four digits of your phone number.

4. Press the "OK" button after typing the security code. Turn off the "Phone Lock" by selecting the "Off" option.
