The Jabra Sp5050 Pairing Guide

The Jabra SP5050 is a wireless speaker that works with most Bluetooth-enabled cell phones. Before you can use the speaker with a phone, you'll need to set up the devices by pairing them so each device recognizes the other.

Getting Started

Charge the speaker fully before attempting to pair it with a phone. Connect it to the provided charger for about two hours. The LED light turns green to show a fully charged battery.

Prepare the Phone

The phone must have Bluetooth turned on. The process will vary by phone make and model, but Bluetooth settings typically are listed under "Settings" or "Bluetooth."

Pairing Devices

The Jabra SP5050 automatically enters pairing mode the first time you turn it on--press the "Answer/End" button. If you've used the device previously, press and hold the "Answer/End" button for approximately seven seconds to put it in pairing mode. The LED light will blink rapidly when it is in pairing mode. From the phone, choose "Add Device" and select "Jabra SP5050." You will be prompted for a passcode. Enter "0000" to complete the pairing process.
