Use Msn On Skype

Import contacts from Windows Live Messenger, formerly known as MSN, to communicate with your MSN contacts via Skype. When you input your Windows Live credentials, Skype cross-references the list of contacts you have saved in the account for anyone who has registered with Skype using his Windows Live screen name. After you add your MSN friends and each approves you, communicate with them via Skype.

Instructions

1. Open Skype and log into the software using your name and password. Choose "Import Contacts" from the "Contacts" drop-down menu.

2. Select "MSN" from the list of import options that runs along the top of the screen. Enter your Windows Live username and password, then click "Import."

3. Wait for Skype to populate with the names of all your Windows Live contacts who use it. Tick the box next to the name of each contact you want to add to Skype or to add all, click the "All" button below them. Choose "Add Contacts."

4. Begin chatting with your MSN contacts via Skype as soon as each approves the friend request you send. Skype notifies you once someone has approved a friend request, at which point he appears in your Skype contact list.
