Zoom with Blackberry
Google Maps for Mobile is a popular and versatile GPS application that is available for several models of smartphones and PDAs from Google.com. Google Maps for Mobile may be downloaded and installed on devices such as the Blackberry 8703E, free of charge and with very minimal effort. Once installed, the Google Maps application will pinpoint the user's location and provide directions based on the current area. Google Maps for Mobile also offers several views, including Satellite and Street views. In addition, the application provides several features, such as Favorites and Zoom.
Instructions
1. Open the "Google Maps for Mobile" application on the Blackberry device.
2. Press the Menu button on the Blackberry to view the context menu.
3. Select "Favorites" to select a saved map or click "Get Directions" and enter the Start and End points for a new route. Click the "Get Directions" button.
4. Press the "#" key to see the map view and minimize the route text.
5. Press the "i" key on the device to zoom in on the map screen.
6. Press the "o" key on the device to zoom out on the map screen.
