Reset A Nokia 6133

The Nokia 6133 is a flip-style cell phone. Prior to discarding or recycling the phone, you should reset it back to factory settings to delete most of your personal and saved information. All information, aside from your contacts, will be deleted and restored to the original settings. You must delete all contact information one-by-one from the address book. There is no way to remove this information all at once.

Instructions

1. Hold down the "Power" button to turn the Nokia 6133 cell phone on.

2. Flip the phone open to access the keypad.

3. Push the "Left Selection" button to access the main menu.

4. Push the selection keys to scroll down the main menu list. Stop on "Settings." Click the "Center Selection" button.

5. Scroll through the settings menu and press "Restore Factory Settings."

6. Enter your phone security PIN. If you don't have a PIN, use the default code, which is the last four digits of your cell phone number. Press the "Center Selection" button to begin the reset process.
