Instructions
1. Contact your carrier's Customer Support department.
2. Request that your carrier provide K310i's unlock code. You can tell the Customer Services department that you plan to travel abroad and do not want to bear the roaming charges. If you've used your carrier's services for a certain period of time (period varies from carrier to carrier, but typically 6 to 12 months), you can get the free unlock code for your phone.
3. Enter the unlock code into your phone. Take out your current carrier's SIM from the phone and enter the SIM of any other provider. Power on your handset and enter the code. Your phone will display "Network restriction off."
