Remove the Memory Card From a Nokia Phone
Your Nokia phone stores pictures, contact information and other data on a memory card inserted in the side of the phone. The memory card slides in and out of the slot on the side of your phone. This makes it easy for you to swap your memory card between phones or connect it to your computer to copy pictures or other files from it. If you want to change or upgrade your memory card, it can be removed for this as well.
Instructions
1. Check your phone's display to make sure that it is not currently writing to the memory card. Removing the card while it is in use can result in corrupt data on the card.
2. Locate the memory card slot on the side of your phone. It will be marked with a small card symbol on the cover of the slot. Open the cover to expose the card inside.
3. Press inward on the card to release it from the card slot. It is spring retained, so pressing in will cause the spring to push the card out enough to grasp the ridge on top of the card. Pull straight out on the memory card to remove it.
