If you want to unlock your iMate JASJAR mobile device, there are a couple of options available to you. At first, you can try getting an unlock code from your phone's carrier. If that does not work, you can go to a website that sells these codes and purchase one from there. Keep in mind, however, that you need to know your phone's International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI) number in both cases.
Instructions
Phone's Carrier
1. Dial "*#06#" on your phone's keypad to bring up its IMEI number.Write this number down.
2. Call your phone's carrier and speak with a customer service representative. Give the representative your phone's IMEI number and ask for an unlock code. Write this number down. Keep in mind that the representative is under no obligation to provide you with this code.
3. Turn on your phone and enter the unlock code provided to you by the customer service representative when prompted.

4. Dial "*#06#" on your phone's keypad to bring up its IMEI number. (See Source 1) Write this number down.
5. Navigate to a website that sells unlock codes for the iMate JASJAR. See the links in Resources for websites that sell these codes.
6. Provide the website with your phone's IMEI number and purchase a code. Write this code down.
7. Turn the phone on and enter the unlock code you purchased when prompted.
