Charge A Flip Phone

Charging a flip phone is a simple process.

Cell phones have become a way of life. However, like all portable devices, cell phones run on batteries that eventually run dry. When purchased new, mobile phones all come with battery chargers. The most popular type of charger for phones made since 2009 is the Micro USB charger and is the universal standard for cell phone chargers. Keeping your mobile phone charged is important to ensure that others can get in contact with you or you can get in contact with others when necessary.

Instructions

1. Locate the charging port on the phone with the flip phone closed. The port is located on the edge of the phone. A small plastic tab usually covers the charging port, depending on the type of phone.

2. Insert the small end of the charging plug from the ac adapter into the charging port on the handset.

3. Plug the other end of the charging cord into an electrical outlet. If the phone has an outer display, it lights up or gives you an indication that the phone is charging. If there is no outer display, there is a small LED light that glows when the phone is plugged in properly.
