Instructions
1. Turn the phone on by pressing and holding the "Power" button. Wait until the screen prompts for a password.
2. Type the default password of "1234" and press the "Menu/OK" button. Type "*#06#" and click the "Send" button. Write down the "ESN" or "MEID" number listed on the screen.
3. Contact a TracFone representative and give them the "ESN" or "MEID" number. Ask the representative for a lock code. Write down the lock code.
4. Turn the phone off by pressing and holding the "End" button. Remove the battery from the device.
5. Replace the battery and turn the phone back on. Wait until the "Password" prompt appears. Type in the lock code the representative gave you to fully unlock the phone. If the phone will not unlock, contact a TracFone representative for specific troubleshooting steps.
