Put A Strap On A Nokia 6275i Phone

Put a Strap on a Nokia 6275I Phone

The Nokia 6275i is a relatively basic cellular phone that comes equipped with common features such as a camera and text messaging. Since the phone has an exposed LCD screen, a risk of damage exists. If you own a Nokia 6275i, one way you can prevent damage is by wearing it around your neck or on your wrist. This can be done by attaching a lanyard (strap) to the phone. Various lanyards are available for purchase from many retailers, and they all connect via the hook on the inside of your phone.

Instructions

1. Turn off your Nokia 6275i and turn it over. Remove the back battery cover by gently pressing down and pulling it away from the phone.

2. Remove the battery by gently pulling it out of the compartment. You can also gently tap the phone on the palm of your hand, and the battery will fall out of its compartment.

3. Locate the small hole in the bottom left corner of the battery compartment. This is the hole where you will attach the strap to the phone.

4. Place the end of the lanyard in the hole and thread it around the little hook inside the hole. This may take some concentration, as the hook is very small.

5. Replace the battery once the lanyard is threaded around the hook, and reattach the battery cover. The lanyard is now connected to your Nokia. You can adjust the length by sliding the metal clip at the base of the strap up or down.
