Transfer Contacts From A Nokia To An Iphone

Import your Nokia phone's contacts to your iPhone.

Although contacts cannot be added to the Apple iPhone's SIM card, it can import contacts from the SIM card of other mobile devices to eliminate the hassle of manually entering each new contact. The iPhone's import settings can be found in the Settings section under the Mail, Contacts and Calendar section. Before importing, back up all of your contacts from your Nokia phone. Once your Nokia's SIM card contacts are completely imported, swap out the SIM cards.

Instructions

1. Stick the end of the metal tool into the tiny slot on top of the iPhone to open the SIM card area. Take out the iPhone SIM card and put it in a safe place.

2. Insert the Nokia SIM card into the iPhone's SIM card slot, and gently push the slot down to insert it into the phone.

3. Press the "Home" button on your iPhone, and slide your finger across the screen's bar to unlock it.

4. Tap the "Settings" icon on your home screen, and tap the "Mail, Contacts, Calendars" tab.

5. Tap the "Import SIM Contacts" tab under the "Contacts" section, and tap the "Contacts" tab.

6. Stick the small metal tool into the tiny sot on top of the iPhone again, and switch out the Nokia SIM card with the iPhone SIM card.

7. Press the "Home" button to return to the home screen, and tap the "Phone" icon on your screen. Tap the "Contacts" icon at the bottom of the screen to view your newly imported contacts.
