Put A Sim Card In A Nokia 6133

The SIM card on your Nokia 6133 stores all of your phone settings and your account configuration. If you need to change phones or replace the SIM card, you can swap the card yourself in minutes. There is no need to send your phone to Nokia for service or to visit your wireless carrier and pay a service fee to have the card installed. Insert the SIM card yourself and you can have your phone back up and running without losing any of your vital information.

Instructions

1. Turn off the phone by holding down the "Power" button. Close the phone, then turn it upside down.

2. Press down on the back cover near the hinge at the top of the phone. Slide the back cover toward the hinge to remove it. Lift it out of place and set it aside.

3. Pull the battery straight up out of the compartment.

4. Lift the SIM card carrier out of the phone. Insert the SIM card into the holder. Put the SIM card carrier back into the phone.

5. Insert the battery into the rear of the phone. Slide the cover back into position until it snaps into place. Open the phone, then hold the "Power" button to turn it on.
