Reactivate A Tracfone

Cell Phone

TracFone offers prepaid cell phones with no contracts to sign. TracFone has a variety of cell phones that you can purchase, ranging from very cheap and simple to expensive models that come with a lot of "bells and whistles." One of the nice things about using a TracFone is that once you use your minutes up, you can set your phone in a drawer and leave it until you need it again. If you haven't used your phone in a while, you may find that you need to reactivate it.

Instructions

1. Charge your cell phone and make sure it is on before you go to reactivate it.

2. Visit the TracFone website.

3. Click on the "activate/reactivate" tab. The tab is located in the upper left-hand corner.

4. Sign in to your account or create a new one.

5. Click on "reactivate TracFone," select the type of phone you have and then click "submit."

6. Type in the serial number for the TracFone you wish to reactivate. Your serial number is printed on a small red card that came with your phone. If you lost the card, click on the menu button of your phone, click on "prepaid" and then scroll down to "serial number."

7. Click "submit" to reactivate your TracFone.
