Instructions

1. Before you leave for your destination, dial 011 34 900 810 880. You will be connected with an English speaking operator who will take you through the initial steps of activation. You must provide your 9-digit Spanish Lebara number (it is on the back of your Lebara SIM card package and starts with a 6), passport, nationality and the street name, number, city and postal code of where you be staying while abroad.

2. Once you have arrived in Spain remove your SIM card from the plastic card.

3. Turn off your phone and remove the battery. Remove the SIM card that is already in your phone and store in a safe place. You'll need it when your return home.

4. Insert the Lebara SIM card into your phone and turn the phone back on.

5. Once the phone powers back on you may be required to provide a PIN Code, which can be found on the plastic SIM Card package.

6. Try making a call to ensure the phone is working properly. If it is not, make sure that you have inserted the SIM card correctly. If it still doesn't work, make sure that your cell phone is unlocked--which allows you to use any SIM card--and is compatible with international phone services.
