Change A Memory Card On A Motorola Phone Razr V3x

The Motorola V3x features a removable memory card.

The Motorola V3x, also referred to as the Razr V3x, is a slim, clam shell style cell phone. It features a compact design, large internal color display and built in camera. It also has the ability to store music, pictures and videos, making it a true multimedia device. The V3x has a limited amount of available internal storage space, so users hoping to download pictures and games will appreciate its removable memory card capability. The V3x is compatible with a micro SD card, which is housed under the battery door.

Instructions

1. Power your phone off by pressing and holding the "End" key. Gain access to the existing memory card by removing your phone's battery door. It is housed in a small metal slot. The memory card can be removed from this slot by pushing in on the outer edge of the card until it clicks. This will cause the card to pop out slightly. Grasp the edge of the card to pull it the rest of the way out of the slot.

2. Insert the new memory card by pushing it into the metal card slot. It should be inserted with the metal contacts facing down and away from you. Once fully inserted, the new memory card will click into place.

3. Replace your phone's battery door and power the device back on by pressing and holding the "End" key.
