The HTC Tilt smartphone features multiple connectivity options for pairing the Tilt with other devices. Bluetooth technology allows you to wirelessly connect your HTC Tilt to another Bluetooth-enabled device, such as a Bluetooth headset, car kit or other accessory. The Bluetooth settings are easily adjustable for your Tilt, and you can begin connecting the phone to other devices with just a few taps of the touch screen.
Instructions
1. Put the other Bluetooth-enabled device in pairing or discoverable mode.
2. Tap the "Start" icon on the Tilt's touch screen and press the "Settings" entry.
3. Tap the "Connections" tab and press "Bluetooth." Tap the "Mode" tab to open the Bluetooth options.
4. Tap the check box for "Turn on Bluetooth" and "Make this device visible to other devices." Press the "OK" button to save the settings.
5. Tap "Start," choose "Settings" and press the "Connectivity" tab again. Press the "Bluetooth" entry and tap the "Devices" tab. Press the name of the device you want to connect to the Tilt and press "Next."
6. Create a passcode to connect to the Tilt. Enter the passcode on the other device to create the connection.
