The HTC EVO 4G features Google's Android mobile operating system.
Adobe's Flash Player powers content ranging from games to video on the Internet. As of the date of publication, Flash 10.1 has been replaced by Flash 10.3 on Android, but you can still take advantage of the latest Flash functionality on your HTC EVO 4G smartphone by downloading Flash Player through the Android Market, then watch and play Flash content through your phone's Web browser.
Instructions
1. Open the "Market" application on your phone. The icon for the Market app features a shopping bag with the Android logo.
2. Press the magnifying glass on the upper right-hand corner of the screen and search for "Flash Player."
3. Click the entry labeled "Flash Player."
4. Press the "Install" button on the upper right-hand corner of the screen. This displays the program's permissions and turns the "Install" button to an "OK" button.
5. Press "OK" to begin downloading Flash Player. This opens up a download progress bar on your phone's notification bar. Flash is fully installed on your phone once the bar disappears.
