Unlock a Nokia N80
By unlocking your Nokia n80, you can use your phone with any network carrier without restrictions. That way, you can avoid roaming charges if you ever need to use your cell phone abroad. For unlocking, you do not need any technical knowledge, as the procedure is pretty simple. Though there are a number of free services on the Internet that provide unlock codes, none of them guarantee accuracy, and upon entering invalid code three times, you can permanently lock the phone. Therefore, it is better to avail the services of a professional company. There are two unlock methods for Nokia N80.
Instructions
1. Get your Nokia N80's IMEI (Individual Mobile Equipment Identification) number by pressing *#06# on your phone's keypad.
2. Log on to the Internet and visit a website that provides unlock codes for Nokia n80 (see Resources).
3. Enter your cell phone's model number, IMEI number and your email address. Place the order and you will receive the unlock code for your phone within a few days. Upon entering the unlock code, you will see the message "SIM Restriction Off."
