Learn sync your Nokia PC Suite device with Microsoft Outlook.
Designed specifically for Nokia devices, the Nokia PC Suite allows you to establish a connection between your computer running a Windows operating system and your Nokia handset in order to synchronize the data between the two devices. Whether you are connecting to your computer with a USB cable or Bluetooth signal, by using PC Suite, you can send and receive music, images and software with your mobile device. Additionally, PC Suite supports the synchronization of data between your handset and Microsoft Outlook, enabling you to keep your calendars, contacts and messages on your phone in tune with those in Outlook.
Instructions
1. Run the Nokia PC Suite application. On the first window, click the button with curly blue and green arrows. This is the "Synchronize" button that will begin the synchronization process between Outlook and your handset.
2. Click the drop-down menu and select the program you want to synchronize with your device. In this case, choose "Microsoft Outlook." Click "Next."
3. Select which Outlook data files you want to synchronize with your handset and click "Next."
4. Select the time range--in the drop-down menus and text-fields--from which you want to synchronize your data. Click "Next."
5. Click the "Synchronize" button to finalize the synchronization. Your Microsoft Outlook profile data will now be synchronized with your Nokia PC Suite handset.
