Reset A Pantech Dual Slide Cell Phone

Pantech has released two phones in North America that feature a dual sliding mechanism: the Matrix and the Duo. The former is classified as a "feature phone," running a custom set of software developed for Pantech and the Matrix. The Duo runs a tuned version of Windows Mobile 6, Microsoft's mobile operating system. The process for resetting both phones to factory software settings (also known as a "hard rest") is relatively easy.
