2. Call your current carrier to get the unlock code for your phone. The carrier's representative will ask for the IMEI number for your phone in order to find the unlock code. Write down the unlock code.
3. Type the unlock code on your phone's keypad in this format: #PW+UNLOCKCODE+1# . The phone will display "SIM Restriction Off" and your phone will be unlocked.
