The 6102i is a flip phone manufactured by Nokia. If you repeatedly receive harassing calls from unknown or known phone numbers on your cell phone and you wish to block those calls, you can do so by setting up the Nokia's closed user group phone setting on your phone. Once set up you must contact your wireless phone service provider to add specified phone numbers to your closed user group, blocking any number not in your group.
Instructions
1. Press the "Menu" button on the phone.
2. Scroll down using the navigation pad and select "Settings." Press the center "OK" button.
3. Scroll down using the navigation pad and select "Security." Press the center "OK" button.
4. Scroll down using the navigation pad and select "Closed User Group." Press the center "OK" button to select it.
5. Contact your Nokia phone service provider and ask to set up the closed user group function on your device. Closed user groups are select numbers that you can send and receive calls from. Your service provider will ask for the numbers and program the numbers into your service account so that you only receive numbers from those in your closed user group.
