Download the Russian language pack with your next N95 firmware update.
Nokia's N95 is a non-touch-screen smartphone that runs the Symbian operating system. The N95 was first released in 2007 and is available for use in many countries worldwide. To install the Russian language on your N95, you must download a free security application and set the phone's product code to the Russian language pack code. After you change the code you can use the Nokia Ovi Suite application that comes with the phone to update your phone and download the Russian language pack.
Instructions
1. Open your computer's Web browser and navigate to www.b-phreak.co.uk.
2. Click the "Downloads" link on the left side of the page.
3. Click the link for "Nemesis Service Suite" and download the application to your computer.
4. Double-click the downloaded ZIP file and then double-click the NSS103815.exe file to begin application installation.
5. Click "Next" three times and then click "Install" to complete application installation.
6. Connect your Nokia N95 phone to your computer using its included USB cable. Select "Data Transfer" from the list that appears on your phone's screen.
7. Run the Nemesis Security Suite application.
8. Click the "Scan for new device" icon located at the top right of the program window.
9. Click "Phone info" and then click the "Scan" button.
10. Type "0534849" in the product code field. This is the code for the Russian language pack.
11. Click "Enable" and then click "Write" to update the product code on the phone.
12. Close the Nemesis Security Suite application and run the Nokia Ovi Suite application. Ovi Suite is the default application for updating your N95 that comes with the phone; if it is not already installed on your computer you may install it from the software CD that came with your phone or you may download the Ovi Suite installation file from your country's Nokia support website.
13. Follow the on-screen prompts to update your Nokia device to the latest firmware. Doing so updates your phone's software and also installs the Russian language pack onto the phone.
14. Click "Safely Remove Hardware" and eject the phone from your computer once the update is complete.
