Deactivate Net10 Voicemail Forwarding

Voice mail forwarding prevents calls from interrupting.

Voice mail forwarding is a service offered by Net10 to their members. Turning the service on or off is controlled by users via the Settings menu on the phone they are using. There is no need to contact the service provider to deactivate Net10 voice mail forwarding. This makes it easy to choose whether or not to receive calls or to forward them to voice mail as needed. All phone types provide this option; the menus used may vary slightly.

Instructions

1. Turn on the phone to access the main screen, or use the appropriate key on the phone to return to the main screen (button will vary by phone model).

2. Navigate from "Menu" to "Settings" to "Call Settings." Some phones may have the "Settings" menu located under "Menu," "Tools" and "Phone." From there, click "Settings" and "Call Settings."

3. Select either "Call Forwarding" or "Voicemail" and "Call Forwarding."

4. Click on the option "Forward All Calls" or "Forward if Busy" to deactivate the voice mail forwarding. Save the changes and exit.
