The i576 is a cellphone made by Motorola and sold through Sprint/Nextel. The i576 comes with the standard Sprint voicemail system. If you have forgotten your Sprint voicemail passcode for your i576, you can reset it online or by calling Sprint customer service. You can either change your passcode to a new one or reset it to the default passcode.
Instructions
1. Visit sprint.com and click "Sign In" to access your Sprint account. If you have yet to register, click "Sign Up." Input the necessary information, such as your email address, telephone number, name and billing address to create a Sprint online account.
2. Click on "My Preferences." Click "Manage Voicemail Passcode."
3. Select "Change Voicemail Passcode" or "Reset Voicemail Passcode." If you select "Change," input your desired passcode and click "Save." Your old password is not necessary. If you want to reset the passcode, click "Reset." The passcode will revert to your seven-digit phone number.
4. Call (888) 211-4727 and speak with a Sprint customer service representative if you have trouble resetting your passcode on line. A representative can reset the passcode for you by phone. You can also access customer service by dialing "*2" from your i576.
