Move Files From A Nokia 6555 Using Micro Usb

The Nokia 6555 phone comes with a CA-101 micro USB data cable, which can be used for transferring data and synchronizing your cell phone with your computer. You can move your contact data, calendar, notes, music files, videos and photos. Connecting the handset with the computer is a very simple process.


Instructions


1. Connect one end of the CA-101 data cable to the micro USB socket on the lower left side of your Nokia phone.


2. Connect the other end of the cable to your PC or laptop. Your phone screen will read, "USB data cable connected. Select mode."


3. Select "OK."


4. Select "Default mode."


5. Go to "Start," and navigate to "My Computer." Here you will find "Nokia 6555" listed among the external drives.


6. Double-click the phone icon to open its folder.


7. Open the folder from which you wish to move files, for instance, "Music," "Pictures" or "Videos."


8. Select the files you want to move. For selecting multiple files, click on each icon while holding down the "Ctrl" key.


9. Right-click on the selected files, and select "Copy."


10. Go to a folder on your computer where you want to move the files, and press "Ctrl" + "V." The selected files will be moved to your computer's hard drive.
