Pair Jawbone To Blackberry

The sleek design of Jawbone Bluetooth headsets sets them apart from other Bluetooth headsets. A Jawbone headset with your BlackBerry smartphone creates a perfect combination of style. Of course, you have to connect the headset, or pair it, to the BlackBerry before you can start using it. All Jawbones have a general way of pairing to any cell phone, so they are ready to be used in a matter of minutes.

Instructions

1. Charge the Jawbone fully before attempting to pair the headset to the BlackBerry.

2. Put the Jawbone into "Pairing Mode." Press and hold the Noise Shield button on the original Jawbone, the NoiseAssassin button on the Prime or the Talk button on the Icon until the LED light begins to flash red and white. On each type of headset, the button is the largest one on the outside of the headset.

3. Press the BlackBerry button on the phone. This is the button to the left of the trackball.

4. Scroll to and select the "Set Up Bluetooth" option.

5. Press the BlackBerry button and choose "Enable Bluetooth."

6. Press the BlackBerry button again and choose "Add Device."

7. Select "Search for Devices from here" and wait for devices to be found.

8. Select the Jawbone device that appears after the search concludes.

9. Type the Jawbone passkey, which is "0000," to finish pairing the two devices.
