Your G'Zone Rock phone gives you the ability to surf the Internet.
Use your G'Zone Rock phone for access to the Internet. You will find this feature helpful when traveling or if you do not have an Internet Service Provider. You need to use your phone's USB cable and software to tether your phone to your computer. When connected, you will be able to surf the Internet, watch videos and check emails. Your connection will be a bit slower than DSL or cable Internet.
Instructions
1. Plug the USB cable into the bottom of your G'Zone Rock phone. Insert the other end into an available USB port on your computer.
2. Click the "New Hardware is Found" message in the lower right corner of your screen. It will install the drivers for your phone.
3. Insert the software disc into the disc drive that came with your phone. Wait for it to launch on your computer. Install the software to your computer's hard drive.
4. Click "Start" and "Control Panel." Click the "Network and Internet" option.
5. Click on "Make a New Connection." Select "Dial-Up Internet" and "I want to set up my Internet connection manually."
6. Enter #777 as your modem number. Click the "Next" button. Enter your user name and password. Click "Next" once more.
7. Create a name for you connection and click "Save."
