My Ringtones To A Samsung Rogue

The Samsung Rogue cell phone comes with a number of built-in ringtones. Some are tones, while others are MP3 files. You have the option of adding new ringtones, depending on the free memory space on your phone. You can make sounds yourself using an audio editing program or download ready-made tones for free from the Web. Another option is to buy them from your carrier.

Instructions

1. Identify the ringtones on your computer that you want to add to your cell phone. Save them in a single folder so it's simpler to transfer them to your phone. Press "Ctrl" plus "A" to select all the ringtones from the folder, then press "Ctrl" plus "C."

2. Connect your Samsung Rogue to the computer using the USB data cable that came with the phone when you purchased it.

3. Go to "Menu" and "Settings & Tools" on the phone.

4. Scroll down and select "USB mode."

5. Select "Media Sync Mode."

6. Go to "Start" and "My Computer" on your PC. Inside "My Computer," double-click the phone's folder, which is listed as a removable drive.

7. Double-click the "Ringtones" folder. When it opens, press "Ctrl" plus "V."

8. Disconnect the cable connection after the ringtones copy.
