Transfer Data From Motorola To Nokia

After buying a new cell phone, you will probably need to transfer information from your old phone to your new one. With today's widespread use of micro-usb cables as charging devices, transferring data has become very easy. This means getting all of the information from your old Motorola phone to be put transferred into your new Nokia phone is as simple as ever.

Instructions

1. Turn your Motorola phone on and plug the micro-usb data cable into its usb jack. Plug the other end of the usb into your PC, and wait for the drivers to be installed so that you can use your phone as a tiny hard drive. If you have already done this in the past, you will not need to do it again.

2. Open your phone's drive when it is recognized by your PC after the drivers have been installed. Highlight all of the information you would like to transfer to the Nokia phone by holding down the left mouse button and dragging the cursor over the files you want. Right-click one of them and select "Copy."

3. Unplug your Motorola phone and insert the usb cable into your Nokia phone after turning it on. Wait as the drivers for that phone are installed and open your phone's drive on the PC. Right-click the drive and select "Paste" from the menu. Wait as your data is transferred to your Nokia phone. Disconnect the phone after it is finished.
