Use Skype With Fring
Skype is a popular Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) internet application that allows you to call Skype users free of charge. You can also call any land line or cellphone number anywhere by purchasing SkypeOut minutes. Fring is a free cellphone application that lets you call or chat with other Fring users over your mobile phone's Internet connection. You can use Fring to make calls with Skype from a mobile phone.
Instructions
1. Download Fring and install it to your cellphone. Open the Fring application on your cellphone and create a username and password or log in to your account if you already have one. Then go to "Options," "Settings," then select "Configure services."
2. Choose the icon that represents Skype. This opens up the "Configuration Settings" screen for Skype to work with Fring.
3. Enter your Skype user ID name in the "User ID Field" then navigate to the "Password Field" and enter your Skype password. Select "OK" to sign in to your Skype account. Your contacts in Skype will now appear if you have entered your log-in information correctly.
4. Select a contact in your Skype list and make a call. To call a number not in your contact list, select "Options," "Call," "SkypeOut Call" then enter the number then press "OK", your call will now be dialed.
