Unlocking your Nokia 1200B mobile phone allows you to connect it to any network you please. To do this, you need to get an unlock code. Unlock With Phone's Provider
1. Turn the phone on and dial *#06# on the keypad. This causes the 1200B's IMEI number to appear on screen, and you will need to write it down.
2. Contact your phone's provider and ask for an unlock code. Have your 1200B's IMEI number with you, as you need to provide it before you are given an unlock code. Your phone's provider may opt to refuse to give you a code, though, even if you provide your IMEI.
3. Turn the phone on and, when the unlock code prompt appears, enter in the unlock code provided to you by your phone's provider.
